HomeTown Credit Union Mergers with Jostens Employees Credit Union

OWATONNA, MN (August 1, 2022) —Effective today, Home Town Federal Credit Union (HomeTown) announces it has merged with Jostens Employees Credit Union (Jostens) of Owatonna, Minnesota after an affirmative vote by the Jostens Membership on July 18, 2022. The merger will provide members of Jostens with access to HomeTown’s convenient branch and ATM locations, competitive rates on an expanded array of loan and deposit products, enhanced digital and online services, and local, personalized service.

“We’re thrilled to both welcome and begin serving these new members,” said Kim Westphal, President and CEO of HomeTown. “Our team has put in a lot of time and due diligence to ensure the transition is smooth for all involved, and most members are from the communities we already serve, so the partnership just felt right.”

Jostens has been serving employees and their families with financial services for almost 90 years, and HomeTown will look to continue this long-standing partnership with these new members while also providing them with additional products and benefits.

If you have any questions concerning the merger, please visit a HomeTown branch or call us today.
