APR is based on an evaluation of credit history, lien position,  and combined loan to value (CLTV) ratio, so your APR may differ. The actual fees, costs, and monthly payments on your specific loan transaction may vary. The APR is subject to change and will not go below 4.00%. For borrowers with a Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio at or below 80%, the promotional rate will be 4.99% APR for the first six months from the original loan date. For borrowers with an LTV between 80.001% and 90%, the promotional rate will be 5.49% APR for the first 6 months. After the promotional period, the APR will be variable from 4.00% to 18.00%, subject to quarterly change based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate (WSJP) plus a margin, and determined by creditworthiness, Loan-to-Value (LTV), and lien position at origination. As of December 19th, 2024, the WSJP index rate was 7.50%. No annual fee.
