Important Upgrade Information

On Thursday, January 14, 2021 our Online Banking system will be upgraded to bring our members enhanced security and improved ease of use! 

Please see below for important action you will need to take as well as steps to login after the upgrade.

IMPORTANT ACTION REQUIRED – All current Online Banking members will be required to login to the upgraded version for the first time VIA OUR WEBSITE on or after January 14. Please note that all security alerts, scheduled transfers, Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments will carry over to the upgraded version. 

NEW LOGON IDs AND SECURITY CODE RULES – There will be new rules surrounding Logon ID and Security Code (password) requirements as follows:

  • Logon IDs: IDs must be 6 characters or more in length and cannot contain your SSN, Member Number, phone number or email. If your current Logon ID does not meet these requirements, you will be required to select a new one prior to logging on.
  • Security Codes: Codes must be 9 characters or more in length. They must include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character. They will be case sensitive.

HOW TO LOGIN TO ONLINE BANKING AFTER UPGRADE: Beginning on Thursday, January 14, simply navigate to our homepage and type your current logon ID and security code into the new Online Banking box you see displayed.* Follow the setup instructions.

MOBILE APP USERS: You must login via the website version of Online Banking one time to set up your login credentials. Once you have successfully logged in using the instructions above, you can then access through the Mobile App.

* If you have bookmarked links directly to the login page, you will need to delete them; the first login needs to happen from our website homepage to prompt correct setup.


While the look and feel of our Online Banking system will be updated on January 14, rest assured that all current functionality will still be available to you. The upgrade will simply bring improved security to the Online Banking experience.
